Free Return Shipping

Walmart makes returns easy. No matter what your reason is, U.S. customers can return items up to 90 days from the shipping date— free!

Here's What You Do:

  • Contact our Customer Service Team to request your return shipping label.

  • Next, you'll receive an email with a link to print the shipping label or we can mail one, just let us know.

  • Finally, ensure your items are packaged well so that your contacts arrive safely. Put the label on and take it to your preferred UPS drop off location.

  • Upon receiving your return, we'll inspect the shipment and apply the applicable credit to the original payment method.

Walmart retains the right to modify or discontinue this promotion at any time. Free return shipping is limited to a maximum of three returns in any one-year period. Free returns offer only valid for residents of the contiguous U.S.

Specialty and custom made-to-order contacts are not eligible for return unless defective. For defective lenses outside of the 90-day return window for Johnson & Johnson VisionCare, Inc., Bausch + Lomb, and Alcon contact lenses, please review their separate return policies. Some credit cards may take up to 10 days for a credit to show on your account. Please look for the refund line item before contacting us. Walmart does not charge restocking or service fees. If you are unable to print a return label, please contact us and we will mail you a return label.
